You acknowledge and agree that:

• Job listings on LokerAI are sourced from third parties and we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy
• We are not responsible for the employment practices, policies, or actions of any employer whose listing appears on our platform
• Salary estimates are algorithmically generated and may not reflect the actual compensation offered by an employer
• The availability of any job listing is subject to change without notice
• We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee any employer, job position, or application outcome
• You should independently verify all job listing details before applying or sharing personal information with third parties

Any interaction with employers found through LokerAI, including interviews, negotiations, and employment relationships, is solely between you and the employer. LokerAI bears no responsibility for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from such interactions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the LokerAI platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, algorithms, and the overall design — are the exclusive property of LokerAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Service
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering methods on the Service
• Use the LokerAI name, logo, or brand marks without prior written consent
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Service without authorization

6. User-Submitted Content

By submitting content to LokerAI (such as resumes, profiles, or reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to submit any content you provide, and that such content does not violate any third party's rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LokerAI does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOKERAI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Damages resulting from any conduct or content of any third party, including employers
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Damages arising from any job application, interview, or employment relationship

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are sought, and even if LokerAI has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall LokerAI's total liability exceed the amount you have paid to use the Service, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LokerAI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

10. Account Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LokerAI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of LokerAI to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LokerAI regarding the use of the Service, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
